The pharmacology ATI practice assessment A was completed in 45 minutes. I found that this practice assessment went much smoother than my previous adaptive exams. I knew that there were a total of 60 questions to complete, I believe this made focusing my attention much easier. During this assessment, I knew when the last question would be. This is where I need to focus my attention in preparation for NCLEX, I need to set an amount of questions followed by taking a break. I perform much better when I know how many questions I will be answering. I believe that is because I focus throughout the entire exam, rather than becoming distracted. I will perform my adaptive exams in a similar fashion, I will set an expected amount of questions which I will take a break after I’ve completed those questions.
